Event reportage consists of recording your event and amplifying it quickly beyond the confines of its venue and date. I pride myself on getting content distributed online within 24 hours, if not during the event itself. My toolkit is light and unobtrusive and my preference is for substantial content packaged for the social web. If you want to show the world what happened at your event and spread the word far and wide, I can provide you with the material to do that.
Photography – High quality images capturing both the main events and the general ambience.
Video – From lo-fi verbatim recordings of talks to high-quality footage. Live-streaming available.
Liveblogging – Live summaries and notes from presentations for a remote audience. Managing Twitter accounts.
Social Reporting – Monitoring social media for conversations about the event and engaging where appropriate. Capturing data for analysis later.
This is for a two day outdoor event intended to demonstrate activity and promote the second day. All uploads are to client accounts. An average fee for this would be £200 per day, subject to requirements.
