Metapod Connect is a training course run by Helga Henry and myself for Fierce Earth, which unlocks the steps to building powerful networks both on and off-line.

Helga Henry is an experienced and respected trainer specialising in personal and organisational development in the arts and culture sectors. She is currently working on a book on networking with Andy Bass of Bass Clusker. Helga knows how to enter a room and work it effectively.

Helga is in many ways the opposite of me. I am uncomfortable with face-to-face networking and prefer engaging with strangers online. I have spent the last decade exploring how people connect and engage through online environments and how this might complement offline relationship building.

Between us we think we cover all the bases and by working together we can provide something that few other trainers can offer – a comprehensive and practical guide to networking in the Internet era.
