		<description>I&#039;ve booked the next two Monday afternoons off work.  Hope to see you and get started blogging.  

One thing I want is an explanation of how hashtags work and what&#039;s the point of using them on Twitter.  A friend asked me why I use them and I had to admit I don&#039;t really know.  I can&#039;t find them by searching Twitter - do I need to know whose blog(s) is/are picking hashtags up in order to find them grouped together?</description>
